The Tahoe Local Pass is an Epic Pass regional pass that provides unlimited skiing to Heavenly, Northstar California, and Kirkwood, but with holiday blackout dates. It also provides 5 total days of access to resorts in Colorado. If these are your local resorts and you are planning on taking a ski trip to Colorado or Utah, flexible with what ski resorts you ski with, this pass will give you those options. If you are only looking to ski Heavenly, Northstar, and Kirkwood you should consider the Tahoe Value Pass.
